I got T-boned by a drunk driver a few years back. Totally messed up my first ever new truck! I was very upset. Lone Star Auto Service was so helpful from the tow truck driver, the people that work in the office and the body shop. Mrs. Francis working the desk was super helpful and comforting during such a traumatic event, explaining how the process works, helping me with the paperwork and contacting insurance personnel. The lead body shop tech, Mr. Alberto, did outstanding work! He was very patient when I wanted things changed and done a specific way, he even did a few extra things that weren’t caused by the wreck just to be nice! They returned my truck better than it was before the wreck. The owner was very courteous and friendly, coming out to personally meet me and reassure me I was in good hands. He extended my rental beyond what my insurance would pay which I thought was very gracious of him to do so. The facility is immaculate from the offices, to the restroom and coffee station.

I was rear ended Apt 6, 2023. My first ever accident and I was totally lost and unsure what to do! From the 1st encounter with the towing & storage part of the business.I was helped to navigate the process by a wonderful woman named Melissa. She explained the process and genuinely let me know what to do & expect. She treated me like family..she was professional & caring! She went over & above to put me at ease. There was also the tow truck driver; Bob who was my next interaction and I received the same genuine professional caring treatment! He didn’t just pick up my 🚘 he was personable and put me at ease! He is a veteran! Next was Francis who assisted me with a rental; same professional caring treatment! I encountered some challenges with my insurance company and she went over & above to help me iron out the details on what needed to be done! I also met the owner Alexander..who introduced his self and agreed with me that his employees are wonderful! My 🚘 is still being repaired.
